Structured development
Structured scientific workbefore clinical execution.
T-Booster is a science-led nutritional formulation developed by experienced drug-discovery researchers and evaluated through a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled human study.

The thymus is a specialised immune organ where T cells develop and mature. Its activity naturally reduces with age, making thymus biology central to research on immune ageing.

It supports the development, selection and maturation of T cells before they enter circulation.
New T cells are prepared to recognise threats while limiting inappropriate immune reactions.
Thymic activity gradually declines over time, reducing the output and diversity of newly formed T cells.
T-Booster evaluation brings together TREC DNA, blood analysis and questionnaire-reported outcomes.
T-Booster combines molecular biology, structural biology, drug-discovery experience, literature review and formulation practicality.
Structured scientific workbefore clinical execution.
Scientific and clinical teamsworked with formulation experts.
Digital tools organised evidenceand supported interaction review.
Selected for rationale and safetywith practical manufacturing.
The formulation is positioned responsibly for immune-health support and does not replace medical care, vaccination, a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
A broad natural combinationbuilt around thymus andimmune-health biology.
A 66,000-capsule batchsupports manufacturingand the route to market.
No artificial colours,with vegan-friendly andallergen-aware positioning.
Participant involvement is complete. Final laboratory analysis and statistical interpretation are being completed alongside publication, patent and trademark work.
A DNA marker of newly produced T cells.
CBC and immune-cell measures add biological context.
18 lifestyle questions; energy, sleep, stress, pain, urinary, mood, skin and sexual stood out.

TREC DNA measured by qPCR to assess thymic output.
CBC, safety, tolerability and questionnaire-reported wellbeing outcomes.
Baseline and end-of-programme questionnaire responses were compared among participants who reported each concern at baseline. The final questionnaire analysis showed the strongest improvements in energy, sleep, urinary health, mood and sexual wellbeing, with additional improvements in pain, skin and stress. These questionnaire outcomes are presented separately from the laboratory endpoints.
The official presentation brings together the thymus rationale, formulation development, clinical evaluation and the scientific leadership behind T-Booster.
The film explains how biological evidence, ingredient selection, clinical study design and drug-discovery experience were brought together. Final interpretation and permitted product claims remain subject to scientific and regulatory review.
T-Booster is led by two internationally experienced drug-discovery scientists whose work spans structural biology, pharmaceutical R&D, formulation and clinical translation.
Dr Md Arif Sheikh is the scientific architect behind T-Booster. A molecular and structural biologist with more than 19 years of international drug-discovery experience, he has contributed to over 45 protein structures and leads the programme through formulation, clinical study and launch.

Dr David Brown is a pharmaceutical drug discoverer with more than 50 years of experience across major global companies. A co-inventor on the Viagra patent, he brings disciplined R&D and commercial perspective to T-Booster as scientific advisor.

We welcome strategic investors, distributors, consumer-health companies and scientific collaborators.
