CLINICAL STUDY
A controlled human evaluation programme
A twelve-month randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to compare T-Booster with placebo in healthy adult volunteers.
Participants and assessment teams were allocated under a blinded, controlled design.
Randomised, double-blind
DESIGN
Changes in the intervention group are compared with a placebo group according to the SOP of the trial.
Placebo controlled
COMPARATOR
Baseline and post-intervention assessments support within- and between-group analysis.
Twelve months
DURATION
The programme focused on 260 adult volunteers meeting the study eligibility criteria at BSMMU, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Healthy Adults
POPULATION
WHAT WAS MEASURED
Biological and participant-reported outcomes
The programme combines biomarker assessment with general health and wellbeing measures. The presence of a measurement does not itself establish efficacy.
TREC analysis
Blood counts and selected immune-cell parameters were evaluated at defined study timepoints.
01
Blood measurements
T-cell receptor excision circles were assessed as a laboratory marker relevant to recent thymic output
02
Participant-reported measures
Questionnaires captured areas such as pain, energy, sleep, stress, urinary health, mood swings, skin healths, quality of life etc.
03
Safety and tolerability
Participant experience and relevant safety information formed part of the study oversight.
04
STUDY JOURNEY
From protocol to scientific interpretation
T-Booster has completed participant involvement of two trials over 12-month randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.

RESULT STATUS
Initial analysis of T-Booster study
Participant involvement is complete. Final laboratory analysis and scientific interpretation are being finalised for scientific publications
INITIAL ANALYSIS BEFORE AFTER TAKING T-BOOSTER
CBC analysis shows significant inprovement
Questionnaire before and after signingficant improment
INITIAL Analysis revel trec dna is over 48% increase

WHY THE THYMUS MATTERS
A vital part of the immune system that changes with age
The thymus is where T cells develop and mature, helping coordinate the body’s adaptive immune defences. These cells recognise pathogens, destroy virus-infected cells and help identify abnormal cells, including some cancer cells. As the thymus naturally becomes less active with age, the production and diversity of new T cells gradually declines.
Immune-cell development
The thymus is an important site for the maturation and selection of T cells.
Age-related change
Thymus functions reduce over time, making an important area of research.
A nutritional research opportunity
T-Booster explores natural formulation to support immune-health measures.

03

Age-related thymus shrinkage accelerates immune ageing
Reduces T cell production, weakening immunity.
Increases susceptibility to infections.
Lowers immune surveillance, raising cancer risk.
Triggers immune dysregulation, leading to autoimmune diseases.
Elevates mortality risk from severe infections like COVID-19.
Reduces T cell diversity, slowing recovery and vaccine response.
Speeds the onset of age-related conditions.
Limits immune memory due to fewer naive T cells.
THE CHALLENGE OF HEALTHY AGEING

WHAT IS T-BOOSTER
Designed to address age-related decline in thymus function
Inspired by decades of research into the thymus and immune ageing, T-Booster is a next-generation nutritional formulation combining carefully selected vitamins, minerals and nutraceutical ingredients.
Developed by drug discovery scientists Dr Md Arif Sheikh and Dr David Brown, T-Booster is designed to enhance immune function through a science-led, evidence-based approach and has been evaluated in human clinical research.
